The garden-facing kitchen—accessible via an open passage from the living room—is equipped with Miele appliances and a Quooker boiling water tap. The handcrafted mantelpiece, fluted columns, polished stone countertops, and antique French floor tiles lend a rustic yet refined atmosphere.

The study features two street-facing windows and one side window overlooking the driveway—ideal for receiving clients separate from the living quarters.

The garage fits two cars in tandem and is heated by two radiators. A door connects the garage to the kitchen, doubling the space as a utility room. A charging point for electric vehicles is mounted on the exterior wall next to the garage door.

First Floor
A spacious landing gives access to all rooms. The ceiling height is 2.9 meters throughout. Solid wood flooring (except in bathroom and toilet) is laid over the concrete subfloor across all rooms.
